Craving scattered, smothered, and covered? 🍔 The Fairhope Planning Commission approved a new Waffle House at the Encounter Commercial Retail Center near Hwy. 181 and Hwy. 104. The 1,913-square-foot restaurant will sit on 1.1 acres of B-2 zoned land. Late-night waffles, anyone? 🥧

Subdivision Regulations Get an Update
After months of public input, the County Commission approved amendments to the subdivision regulations. 📚 Changes address everything from lot design to infrastructure requirements. The new rules aim to balance growth with smart planning.

Point Clear Development Put on Hold
